About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and tech-savvy Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing tech stack, automation workflows, lead lifecycle, campaign reporting, attribution modeling, and lead scoring. You will play a key role in enabling Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales team alignment, driving operational efficiency, and accelerating pipeline generation and expansion opportunities.

 

What You Will Do

  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

    • Own and optimize our marketing automation platform (Marketo)

    • Develop and maintain automated email nurture programs, lead scoring, attribution modeling, segmentation, and campaign workflows

    • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns across channels

  • Technology & Tools Management

    • Manage the marketing tech stack, including integrations with Salesforce, analytics platforms, and ABM tools

    • Evaluate, onboard, and maintain marketing tools that improve efficiency and insights

  • Data & Reporting

    • Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, campaign performance, funnel conversion rates)

    • Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure data hygiene and consistent reporting

    • Create dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions

  • Lead Management & Funnel Optimization

    • Optimize lead routing, scoring, and campaign attribution models

    • Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with demand generation, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales teams

    • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and revenue goals

    • Serve as the marketing operations expert within cross-functional projects

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years in a marketing operations role in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo + Salesforce specifically)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Tableau preferred)

  • Experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and marketing campaign reporting

  • Familiarity with tools such as 6sense or similar

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment

 

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is $119,608 - $149,510, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
