What You’ll Do

· Oversee and monitor the company Service Desk daily, ensuring timely responses and resolutions via remote access, phone, email, or chat
· Manage support tickets in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), documenting each step with clarity and detail
· Provide exceptional customer service and continuous follow-up until issues are fully resolved
· Train and onboard new users on technology tools and systems
· Analyze recurring hardware/software issues and recommend improvements
· Collaborate with the Business Technology Group (BTG) on IT projects and process enhancements
· Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond internal support capabilities
· Identify and mitigate trends to proactively improve user experience

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· 1–2 years of Service Desk or technical support experience
· Strong working knowledge of:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
- Active Directory
- SolarWinds Service Desk
· Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
· A customer-first mindset and a knack for solving problems efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

At Walker Consultants, we are committed to maintaining fairness and equity in our pay practices. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $50,000 – $60,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
