Your role with us
Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery creating intuitive, scalable and impactful experiences. You’ll refine our design systems, collaborate across teams and help shape how design drives product strategy. Hands-on, strategic and user-focused, you’ll play a key role in elevating every touchpoint of our Sportsbook experience.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:
- Lead the full design process, from discovery and exploration to final UI delivery.
- Deliver high-quality interface designs that align with product strategy and user goals.
- Conduct or collaborate on user research, competitive analysis and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Translate insights into actionable design decisions that enhance engagement, clarity and conversion.
- Continuously monitor design effectiveness through performance metrics and user feedback.
- Present design work confidently, communicating rationale and impact to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support and mentor other designers, sharing insights and guiding them through design challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineers and other Designers to shape roadmap priorities and define what success looks like.
- Contribute to cross-team critiques, share feedback constructively and elevate the work of peers.
- Embrace experimentation and innovation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in sportsbetting and interactive entertainment through your interface design.
- Help foster an inclusive, curious, and collaborative environment where great ideas can thrive.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong track record of end-to-end ownership of design projects.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to take complex problems from discovery to delivery, including user research, prototyping, usability testing and final UI execution.
- Experience designing for omnichannel environments, with a particular focus on mobile applications.
- A demonstrated interest in streaming, gaming and emerging technologies such as AI, with curiosity to explore innovative design opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to link design thinking to business goals and product outcomes.
- A passion for sports, ideally with experience or strong interest in sports, sports betting or live sports products.
- A self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities with ease.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
