Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all facility-related queries.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of building services and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and monitor soft services such as cleaning, security, catering, and reception.
Assist with hard services coordination, including maintenance scheduling and contractor liaison.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, service requests, and compliance documentation.
Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site.
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor service quality and escalate issues as needed.
Assist in space planning and office moves when required.
Provide administrative support for facilities projects and reporting.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and follow up on resolution.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in Facilities Management
• Proven people management and leadership skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Ability to anticipate issues and implement proactive solutions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne’s CBD.
