Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical reporting, analytics, and performance insights that directly support the Sales Leadership team's strategic decision-making and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

The Global Sales Operations team is dedicated to enabling the sales force through efficient processes, accurate data, and strategic collaboration across various assigned sales segments and product lines.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and management of reports, dashboards, and performance assessments to provide actionable insights for Sales Leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, managers, and sales representatives to consult on sales best practices and drive adherence to sales effectiveness, productivity, and process compliance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by monitoring Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data accuracy and proactively supporting the effective use of sales technology like Salesforce.com, Clari, and People.ai.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations or a similar function within a large multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Operations domains (forecasting, planning, compensation, and quota management) and advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) and Salesforce.com.
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships, turn complex analysis into actionable insights, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
