Responsibilities

  • User Journey & Nurturing Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute targeted, data-driven drip marketing campaigns using email and text messages tailored to guide local business prospects through the onboarding funnel.
    • Utilize modern marketing automation platforms (like Klaviyo, Braze, etc.) to segment audiences, personalize communications, and nurture leads from interest to activation.
    • Create compelling, conversion-focused content and offers designed to engage prospects at the right point in their journey, similar to an e-commerce buying experience.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open/click rates, conversion to onboarded user) and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • User Acquisition & Website Optimization:
    • Assist in managing targeted advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Paid Social, SEM) to attract and capture local business prospects.
    • Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the user journey, such as time to conversion and lead source effectiveness.
    • Work with content teams to ensure landing pages and website content are optimized for user acquisition and SEO, attracting the correct local business audience.
  • Marketing & Workflow Automation:
    • Serve as a key administrator for our marketing automation and CRM stack, ensuring seamless automation of the user journey.
    • Design and implement complex, multi-channel workflows (email, SMS, etc.) and automation rules to streamline the local business lead management and onboarding process.
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards to track key user activation metrics, such as sign-up to onboarding rate, pipeline velocity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
    • Integrate various marketing and sales tools using AI and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Lovable) to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within an e-commerce, B2C, or B2SmallB SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building and managing automated user journeys, particularly with email and SMS/text message sequences.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns (e.g., Paid Social, SEM, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a talent for writing compelling, conversion-focused copy for emails, texts, and ads.
