Role Overview

As an Associate, Brand, you support the development and execution of our company’s brand vision—elevating awareness, credibility, and trust across the home service professional community. You partner closely with the Brand and Social Team to help translate our values into compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate across a diverse set of trades such as HVAC, Lawn, Cleaning, and Painting. You bring strong organization, a creative eye, and a proactive mindset to every project—ensuring our brand identity remains consistent while we scale and connect more deeply with our audience.

You are detail-oriented, energized by collaboration, and motivated to help bring big brand ideas to life through content, storytelling, and community activations. You actively contribute to brand initiatives across Community, Champion the Trades (CTT), Social Media, PR, and Pro-to-Pro engagement programs, helping to drive organic growth and brand loyalty.

What you do each day:

  • Support the execution of our brand strategy across Community, CTT, Social, and Pro-to-Pro engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Brand, Social, Content, Creative, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment
  • Assist in developing brand narratives and messaging frameworks that reflect our values and resonate across trades
  • Help manage timelines, creative assets, and campaign deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Contribute to the creation and rollout of content that elevates Pro voices and builds brand credibility
  • Partner with team members to scale CTT initiatives that increase visibility and reinforce our position as the Pros’ biggest advocate
  • Support brand campaign execution by coordinating social media content, PR moments, and community activations
  • Identify opportunities to turn Pros into brand champions, helping to drive word-of-mouth awareness
  • Participate in internal brand-building efforts and communications that reinforce our brand identity
  • Help monitor and track brand campaign performance and assist in gathering insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with creative asset development processes and tools (i.e. Google Workspace, project management platforms)

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $57,500-$68,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
