"1. Data analyis of TNA findings to identify learning needs and performance gaps of the social service sector[What you will be working on]
1. Analyse findings to advisory of relevant programmes and their key learning outcomes in relation to sector's learning needs and performance gaps
2.1 Design and develop curriculum using pedagogically sound principles, based on stipulated learning outcomes in accordance to guidelines set
2.2 Ensure curriculum designed and developed comply with external accrediting agencies or funders’ requirements, where applicable
2.3 Address feedback and clarifications in relation to curriculum design and development during accreditation process
2.4 Review curriculum design and development system for enhancement in accordance to SOP
3.1 Partner key stakeholders to achieve learning intervention, which may include (but not limited to) sector experts, practitioners, adult educators, government agencies and university partners.
3.2 Work closely with cross unit teams to oversee and grow respective sub-sectors.
3.3 Collaborate with cross unit teams to perform corporate functions roles, which may include (but not limited to) recruitment, budgeting, digitalisation, audit matters within SSI.
3.4 Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build impactful social service entities, which may include but not limited to) social learning and tech-enabled learning initiatives.
3.5 Participate in various workgroups to strengthen capability of the social service learning ecosystem.
4.1 Procure resources based on budgetary guidelines to ensure resource optimisation
4.2 Lead project team to plan, execute, monitor progress to achieve project goals and deliverables within set timelines.
4.3 Plan project schedule and key milestones to track progress and flag out where necessary.
4.4 Oversee all activities related to project deliverables, including managing stakeholders and work processes throughout the execution of projects.
5.1 Analyse emerging industry applications of learning technology
5.2 Analyse the learner experience to identify potential learning technology integration opportunities
5.3 Assess learners' digital readiness to inform recommendations of learning technology application
5.4 Design desired learning technology user experience and interface to facilitate achievement of learning experience objectives

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI

- Trained in Education/ Training/Instructional Design/ACTA/ACLP
- DACE/DDDLP is preferred
