Job Description & Summary
In the world of Valuations, Hedging and Derivatives there are two kinds of people: those who nod confidently when those words come up in conversations, because they know exactly what they mean and those who nod while secretly googling them later.
We are on the lookout for someone from the first group!

- We are the biggest consulting firm in Slovakia, which means loads of complex projects (even international ones ️). Also, did I mention we are one of the TOP consulting companies in the Energy sector?

You would:

- assist your teammates in creating hedging strategies for currency, commodity, or interest rate risk
- support your team with the valuation of debt securities, derivatives, equities and other tasks related to financial instruments valuation
- participate in Impairment testing and Purchase price allocation engagements locally and globally

- an understanding of what derivatives, including Asian options, mean without googling it
- previous experience with financial risk management
- proficiency in MS Excel
- heard about Refinitiv or Capital IQ
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
