JOB MISSION:
We seek a driven Indirect Procurement Specialist with a few years of relevant working experience in procurement or supply chain to become a part of our Strategic Purchasing team. In this role, you will provide strategic procurement support across EMEA, with a hybrid focus that spans both IT procurement (covering hardware, software, services, and vendor management) and a variety of other indirect categories.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide procurement expertise across sourcing, purchasing, contract, and supplier management.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules for general purchases.
Support IT-related procurement, including hardware deliveries, software licenses, and vendor documentation.
Maintain IT documentation for standards, processes, and vendor records.
Contribute to procurement activities beyond IT, supporting broader indirect categories as scope evolves.
Support the resolution of non-conforming purchases and address vendor quality or delivery issues.
Handle supplier relationships to ensure successful delivery of products and services across EMEA.
Engage partners in shaping and implementing the indirect procurement strategy to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Travel occasionally (up to 10-15%) to support projects.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and relevant years of procurement experience, or a similar general business background.
Knowledge of finance-related procurement processes (AP, PR/PO cycles).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Continuous improvement and process optimization attitude.
Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within scope.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and prioritization abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative teammate.
