SWBC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and assisting customers with password resets and account recovery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping others.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Handles a high volume of incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assists customers with password resets, ensuring a smooth and secure process.
  • Resolves customer issues efficiently, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with logins, onboarding and timekeeping.
  • Documents and escalates complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Conducts follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of two (2) year of experience in customer service.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to retain information and apply to situations as needed.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of security protocols for password management.
  • Able to work efficiently and manage workload independently.
  • Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
  • Sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
  • Stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
  • Push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
