A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Credit & Collection Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, credit management, and collection management processes. You will learn how to gather, validate, and analyze both financial and non-financial customer credit data, providing clear and accurate information that supports data-driven decision-making within the business.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Supporting the Credit & Collection team in analyzing customer creditworthiness, preparing customer risk and receivable aging reports, and helping to monitor and improve customer payment performance.
  • Assisting in resolving payment issues, following up on overdue accounts, and supporting the Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Participating in master data cleanup and maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data across financial systems, contributing to data quality and process efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance and supporting business transparency and risk reduction in line with Atotech’s global credit management and working capital policies.
  • Gaining exposure to enterprise-wide tools and systems used for credit monitoring, reporting, and collection activities.

This internship will help you develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while providing valuable insight into corporate credit management and financial operations.

Skills You Bring:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of finance principles and credit management.
  • English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, bold, and open-minded personality; comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.
