The role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional within Capital Markets to lead the expansion and optimization of our Loan Platform Business and Private Credit transactions. This role will serve as the central connection point between institutional investors and internal partners across Finance, Operations, Product, and Legal. The successful candidate will drive investor engagement and education, coordinate loan sale execution, and align program economics with financial and strategic objectives. This position plays a key role in scaling the platform by deepening investor relationships, enhancing transaction efficiency, and supporting the continued growth of our capital markets initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors across the Loan Platform Business and Private Credit programs.
  • Lead investor education and diligence processes, including preparation of marketing materials, performance updates, transaction summaries, and structural considerations.
  • Develop and negotiate deal terms to optimize execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for investor communications and coordinate timely responses across internal teams.
  • Partner with the Transaction Execution team to plan and manage quarterly loan sale schedules, ensuring alignment between investor demand and available loan supply.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to forecast sales activity, track performance against plan, and analyze key revenue drivers.
  • Evaluate transaction economics to inform pricing, volume, and investor participation strategies.
  • Maintain visibility into product structures, pricing frameworks, and yield impacts across the Loan Platform Business and Private Credit programs.
  • Support design and launch of new program structures through modeling, scenario analysis, and go-to-market planning.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance investor offerings, streamline processes, and expand overall platform efficiency and reach.

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience desired, primarily in capital markets and structured finance
  • BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar technical field
  • Excellent work ethic and willingness to contribute broadly to achieve team and company objectives   
  • Strong verbal and written communication as well as technical and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong ability to read and interpret financial contracts and knowledge of core documents and industry standard/best practices in transactional terms
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suites (particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets)
  • Previous experience with lending or consumer credit products a plus: mortgages, student loans, credit cards, personal loans, etc.
  • Previous experience with asset-backed securitization data sets a plus:  Bloomberg, Intex, DV01, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
