CRM Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
Experienced finance focused professional to manage procurement, vendor relationships, cost control, and reporting activities across HCP Engagement and other CES Service Lines. Recognized for strong analytical skills and ability to support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing oversight on financial operations, and acting as a self-sufficient and knowledgeable resource supporting cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions:
• Ensure efficient handling of procurement processes, including creation, validation, and tracking of purchase orders in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with HCP Engagement team members and leaders to understand their CRM, Licensing and Vendor needs and support them in obtaining required financial details.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, manage contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor and control internal and external costs while maximizing recovery by tracking cost and recovery metrics every month.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including preparation and presentation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes by consolidating inputs and validating assumptions.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist in audit readiness through accurate documentation and compliance checks.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization to support HCP Engagement Cost Models.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and provide actionable financial insights.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in vendor management and cost recovery tracking.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
