Position Overview:
Reporting to the VP of Global Alliances & Channel Sales, you will be responsible for nurturing partner relationships and managing daily business operations to meet revenue targets. You'll also play a key role in developing the channel through our existing referral and reseller partnerships.
Focus on Growth
Strategy Consultants: Make these firms our primary drivers of lead generation in 2026, targeting the local offices of global consultancies.
Implementation Service Partners: Partner with key service companies to secure projects, recognizing their essential role with major Indian manufacturers.
Core Responsibilities
Sales & Collaboration: Work closely with the TraceLink sales team and partners to close new business.
Partner Management: Run regular business review calls and quarterly planning sessions with partners.
Lead Coordination: Manage partner lead declarations and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
Marketing & Enablement: Partner with the TraceLink marketing team on lead generation campaigns and provide partners with new marketing collateral.
System Maintenance: Keep CRM and PRM systems updated with accurate partner, lead, and opportunity data.
Relationship Building: Actively build and maintain strong relationships both with partners and across internal TraceLink teams.
Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate TraceLink's vision and value proposition to a variety of audiences.
Internal Liaison: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Sales) to meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5-6+ years’ experience in an external facing role
2+ years’ experience in Alliance Management.
Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to their workload
Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution
Target-orientated
Experience of Salesforce.com
Experienced presenting to senior level contacts
Clear communication and analytical skills
Fluency in English required
