Job Objective: The Administrative Services Lead Analyst plays a critical role in advancing operational effectiveness across the PipelineRx organization. This position is responsible for leading and contributing to complex administrative and operational projects, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing scalable solutions. Leveraging deep expertise in administrative services, the Lead Analyst works independently to evaluate current practices, develop data-informed recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure administrative operations align with strategic priorities and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute complex administrative projects and initiatives that support PipelineRx leadership and organizational goals.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, anticipating needs and proactively managing logistics, communications, and operational workflows.
Develop and implement models, procedures, and tools to improve administrative efficiency and service delivery.
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Coordinate cross-functional activities reporting needs and stakeholder communications.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external partners, ensuring timely and effective information flow.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or a related industry (preferred).
Familiarity with organizational change and process improvement methodologies (preferred).
Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team success (preferred).
Skills and Abilities:
Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt standard procedures to complex situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools; experience with enterprise systems preferred.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
