Reporting to the Director, Finance, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and financial operations as we scale beyond $20M in annual recurring revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented finance leader who combines strong technical accounting skills with deep understanding of financial dynamics. This individual will ensure the integrity of our financial statements, drive automation and efficiency in our systems, and deliver insights that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership roleâthe Accounting Manager will be expected to both roll up their sleeves on complex accounting issues and build scalable processes to support future growth.

đ° The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $110,000-130,000 based on the candidateâs skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. đ°

Travel- Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.
