Position Purpose: Responsible for the administrative duties that support the internal learning management system, Workday Learning.
***The Workday LMS Administrator (HRIS) position is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. ***
Responsibilities:
Support the technical management of the learning system to include content uploads, servicing support and incident tickets, creating dynamic enrollments, and troubleshooting as appropriate
Maintain and continuously improve the adoption of documented system processes, procedures and practices
Test learning content for proper functionality and consult with content owners as appropriate
Support other Learning Management System administrators with projects and initiatives, enhancements and general system functionality
Ensure Learning Management System standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and followed
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of learning and development experience, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies. Experience in a healthcare/managed care setting preferred.
Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year
