About the Department of Nutrition
The Department of Nutrition at MSU Denver aims to prepare diverse students for successful careers in food, nutrition, and dietetics by providing quality education that is culturally sensitive and instills a desire for lifelong learning. This department is home to award-winning faculty and staff, who prioritize students and provide opportunities to grow and learn in the field of nutrition and dietetics. The Department of Nutrition houses undergraduate and graduate programs, including a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Science in Nutrition. The Department is also home to accredited programs, including undergraduate and graduate-level Didactic Programs in Dietetics (DPD), a Dietetic Internship Program, and a Pathway Two Lactation Training Program. The Department of Nutrition at MSU Denver is committed to modeling diversity and inclusion for the entire nutrition and dietetics industry and to maintaining an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all.
Position Summary
The Department of Nutrition at MSU Denver invites applications for a non tenure track Clinical Instructor of Nutrition (.5 FTE). This 9-month appointment has the opportunity to be renewed and will begin on January 1, 2026.

Salary for Announcement
This is a half time (.5 FTE) position. The salary range for this .5 FTE faculty position is $29,000 - $34,000 at Lecturer rank. This range takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, specialty and training, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
