Essential Capabilities:

Business Analysis – well versed with required business outcomes and requirements
Documentation – Able to draft documents capturing key information in clear and coherent format and follow document templates
Communication & listening – Able to succinctly communicate relevant information and actively solicit and apply feedback
Tools & methodology – Foundational understanding of change management, product management and risk tools, techniques, frameworks and methods
Risk management & compliance – foundational understanding of the risk landscape and risk management tools
Foundational knowledge of banking processes, systems and infrastructure.

Experience:

Experience completing analyst activities including process mapping in any industry
Experience contributing to high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing, risk and control flows
Previous experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practices

Qualification Requirements:

Preferred tertiary qualification with a degree in Computer applications, IT, business, economics, science, or equivalent discipline
Agile methodology qualifications preferred
Regulatory checks and approvals as required

Key Accountabilities

First drafts of key artefacts as prioritised by the Delivery Lead to deliver customer value. Artefacts may include (but not be limited to): SOPs, post deployment RACI, process mapping, PE deliverables; testing documentation and collateral.
Preparation of key governance and controls documentation
Testing Engagement & Co-ordination, Test Execution (functional testing against key requirements )

Key Decisions

Iterations of documents and deliverables determined by the progression of outcomes
Incorporation of feedback and edits from internal review cycles
Proactivity with updating documentation to create a source of truth for information

Key Performance Indicators

Quality of created artefacts and extent to which they facilitate delivery
Efficient delivery of squad outcomes
Identification and mitigation of dependencies and risks

Key Stakeholder Groups

Delivery Leads – Planning and prioritisation of the work completed, risk management and documentation
Business Stakeholders including Business Analysts and Product Owners
Asset/Technology teams
