This is a contract role, from now through until 31 August 2026, covering a Maternity Leave.
Te Tūranga – About the role
Supporting our Supply Chain, you’ll work end to end supporting multiple distribution centres, transport hubs and corporate based teams.
A busy and varied role, you’ll
· Attract great talent, providing an exceptional candidate experience
· Coordinate pre-employment and assessment style volume recruitment
· Partner with Hiring Managers to support resourcing needs
· Support temp to permanent employee conversions
· Offer and contract management
He kōrero mōu - About you
· You’ll be an experienced volume recruiter – thriving off the pace and volume
· Ideally you will have experience in supporting a blue-collar workforce or operational focused roles
· You’ll be an open communicator – able to work seamlessly with people leaders to understand requirements and with candidates to ensure they have an awesome experience with us
