Te Tūranga - About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to keep our recruitment engine running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for all things admin – making sure contracts, interviews, and onboarding happen without a hitch.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and check employment contracts and documentation.
- Schedule interviews and support our Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partners.
- Help create recruitment marketing content (think videos, posters, and more).
- Manage queries, purchase orders, and monthly advertising payments.
- Be the first point of contact for new starters and make their onboarding experience great.
- Provide reports and spot opportunities to improve processes.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in an HR or recruitment related field
- You’re all about people and creating great experiences.
- You’ve got an eye for detail and can juggle priorities like a pro.
- You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love getting stuff done.
