Student Strategy Consultant

Would you like to help shape business strategies related to customer experience, loyalty, and CRM for some of the world’s most well-known brands? Are you motivated to learn, curious about how brands connect with customers, and interested in how data and AI can support that? Then you might be the Student Strategy Consultant we’re looking for.

What will your day look like?

As a Student Strategy Consultant, you will contribute to client project teams by helping to turn business challenges into structured insights and strategic recommendations. Your work will vary across industries and problem types, giving you exposure to different brands, audiences, and market dynamics. 

In a typical week, you might examine how loyalty programs are evolving in the automotive industry, explore how data can strengthen customer relationships for a global retail brand, or help shape recommendations that inform C-suite decision-making. You will also spend time creating presentations and slide decks that clearly communicate your findings and recommendations. You will take part in working sessions, build test cases and hypotheses, and consolidate insights into well-founded conclusions.

You will work closely with more experienced consultants, who will support your development and provide ongoing feedback. As you become familiar with our approach, you will take ownership of specific deliverables. The role offers a steep learning curve and the opportunity to make impactful contributions early on. 

 Your tasks may include:  

  • Conducting research and consolidating data 
  • Analyzing findings and identifying key insights 
  • Contributing to business cases and strategic proposals 
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations that communicate ideas clearly and visually 
  • Supporting business development across clients and industries 
  • Helping connect strategic recommendations to practical execution roadmaps

Your work will depend on collaboration with the broader organization both in Copenhagen but also across our other locations globally. You will get to collaborate closely with our consulting capabilities within technology, data, agentic AI, experience design and business architecture as well as our client delivery and engagement capability

Most of all, you’re excited about the chance to help shape the future of how brands create meaningful customer relationships. 

  • Enrolled in a master’s degree or final year of a bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, marketing, finance, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Interest in customer-centric business strategy, digital marketing, CRM, and loyalty (experience is a plus) 
  • Interest in the role of AI and data in shaping customer experiences 
  • Collaborative working style and high attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Ability to work 20–23 hours per week
