The candidate will be the primary driver of analytics processes for the corporate development team, managing a portfolio of projects in alignment with the strategic goals and initiatives of the business as well as recommending and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. The Sr. Analyst will gain a strong understanding of the business while interacting and partnering with a variety of teams throughout DaVita to determine what new solutions and products will result in the greatest overall impact to the corporate development team’s efforts.
The corporate development team focuses their efforts on building partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a variety of key internal stakeholders, including but not limited to corporate development, technology specific centers of excellence, IT, field operations, corporate strategy, legal, and compliance. The candidate will be reporting into the business development strategy and special projects team.
The Sr. Analyst must be able to work successfully with cross-functional teams as well as be comfortable interacting directly with both peers and executives across departments. The Salary Range for the role is $72,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hourWashington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
