(Sr) Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition, Global Operations to support the firm’s recruiting efforts to attract a highly skilled and diverse workforce. This person works in a highly collaborative manner with hiring managers and Human Resources to develop and execute customized sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates. This position includes utilizing recruiting and sourcing tools such as job boards, social media, resume databases and search engines to identify potential candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and maintain the highest level of customer service for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruiting lifecycle.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting that includes meeting with the hiring manager and the HR business partners to identify the hiring need(s) and to set clear expectations for the process as well as manage the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
Act as partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers and HRBP’s by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
Provide strategic direction and counsel to hiring managers and human resource business partners
Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
Build and on-going, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates
Work with on boarding to relay important documents for employment, such as help completing new hire forms, removal of postings, background checks, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.
Partner with Recruiting Manager to develop creative sourcing strategies
Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
Who You Are:
Experience leveraging Boolean search and social media to source and attract talent
Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches including networking, internet mining, cold calling and grass roots efforts
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Workday Recruiting a plus
High energy, tenacious personality and strong relationship building skills required
An ability to work independently and drive recruiting seamlessly, quickly and with passion
Ability to work in a fast paced under deadline pressure environment
Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an professional services, entrepreneurial, fast growth or start-up like environment.
Bachelor's degree, preferred
