Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness Partner is responsible for leading enterprise-wide HR programmes that enhance organizational performance and deliver measurable business value. The role involves driving strategic initiatives in change management, programme design and delivery, and providing expert advisory support to HR Business Partners, HR Centre of Excellence (COE) leaders, and business stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong consulting orientation, advanced project management capabilities, and the ability to translate workforce insights into impactful, outcomes-driven solutions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programme Leadership & Delivery
Lead the design, planning, and execution of HR programmes that support company-wide or business-specific objectives. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and workforce priorities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, and Culture & Engagement teams to develop and deploy customized, outcomes-based solutions that drive business value. - Project Management & Change Enablement
Manage multiple projects with a focus on timely delivery, quality outcomes, and effective stakeholder engagement. Apply change management principles to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of initiatives. - Consulting & Advisory
Act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant to HRBPs and business leaders on a range of HR topics, leveraging internal capabilities and external best practices to address emerging workforce challenges. - Insights & Benchmarking
Conduct research and analysis to provide market insights, benchmarks, and recommendations that inform strategic decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness. - HR Model Advocacy
Champion the HR delivery model by fostering collaboration across HR functions and business units. Role model leadership behaviors and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
