You’ll be the heartbeat of our wellness spaces, ensuring every guest feels relaxed, cared for, and inspired to return. From maintaining pristine facilities to providing thoughtful touches, you’ll help shape the tranquil atmosphere that defines our spa and health club offerings.

What You’ll Do:
 

Guest Experience & Facility Support

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures for spa and fitness services.
  • Provide tours of the spa and health club facilities, explaining amenities and services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, relaxation lounges, fitness areas, and treatment rooms.
  • Replenish towels, robes, water stations, and other guest amenities throughout the day.
  • Monitor and maintain spa and fitness equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Ensure all areas meet brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and ambiance.
  • Support spa therapists and fitness instructors with room setup and guest flow.
  • Assist with inventory of supplies and linens, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
  • Promote spa services, retail products, and wellness offerings to guests.

Operational Excellence

  • Follow daily checklists and opening/closing procedures.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Support special events, seasonal promotions, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest usage and service requests.
  • May assist with light administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling or retail transactions.

Other Responsibilities

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
  • Regularly lift up to 30 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.
  • Stand for extended periods of time.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for wellness and guest service.
