What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinic sites
Supervise nurse practitioners and community health staff
Support advanced practice nursing students and MSW interns
Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR – Practice Fusion) and telehealth tools
Collect and report outcomes to federal agencies
Represent the clinic in community partnerships and outreach efforts
Contribute to scholarly research and publications

Who You Are
A licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) (CA RN + APRN) with 5+ years in healthcare leadership

Experienced in managing teams or grant-funded programs
Collaborative, hands-on, and ready to travel between Los Angeles and San Diego
Skilled communicator and motivator who thrives in dynamic environments

Master of Science in Nursing (Doctoral degree preferred)
Active California FNP License, DEA, NPI, and Furnishing Number
5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
