About the Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is a strategic recruitment expert who partners with business leaders to deliver high-impact talent acquisition solutions. This role requires deep expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and market intelligence, with a focus on driving proactive hiring strategies and building strong talent pipelines. The advisor will lead complex hiring initiatives, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to continuous improvement across the recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead intake sessions and consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Develop compelling and inclusive job descriptions aligned with business needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners
  • Present qualified talent and manage candidate pipelines across multiple requisitions
  • Leverage social media, digital platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques to attract top talent
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment performance
  • Curate and manage talent communities and internal talent inventory
  • Track all candidates and requisitions within the Workday ATS
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of business units and supported skill areas
  • Drive talent attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Analyze internal/external talent availability and contribute to workforce planning
  • Document and communicate sourcing strategies and market insights to TA leadership
  • Promote DXC’s value proposition and business success stories to attract talent
  • Collaborate with other talent channels to ensure timely and quality hires
  • Maximize internal referrals and social media strategies to promote opportunities
  • Educate stakeholders on recruitment processes and best practices
  • Proactively identify and resolve recruitment challenges
  • Manage and optimize the interview process end-to-end

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years in strategic or technical talent acquisition roles
  • Proven success in leading high-volume and niche hiring initiatives across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights
  • Experience in developing and executing talent attraction strategies, including diversity hiring and branding
  • Strong background in talent market analysis, workforce planning, and pipeline development
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM or similar ATS platforms, including dashboard creation and reporting
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters or leading recruitment projects
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory hiring practices across LATAM or global markets
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement using KPIs and stakeholder feedback
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization
  • Experience using local job boards and LinkedIn Recruiting License
  • Advanced English level

  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience using AI-powered recruitment tools, including automation platforms, machine learning-based sourcing, and intelligent screening technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
