We are seeking an come-driven Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to lead our cloud-native and hybrid cloud portfolio within enterprise imaging. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the future of Imaging modernization—driving cloud transformation, cost optimization, and intelligent orchestration across a global, regulated, and high-impact landscape.
You will define strategy, lead execution, and ensure customer success across modular cloud journeys that transition legacy solutions into next-generation platforms. This role demands deep expertise in enterprise imaging, cloud economics, and hybrid architectures, with a strong focus on delivering safe, effective, performant, and differentiated solutions.
You will also work across the broader GE HealthCare digital ecosystem to identify and activate cloud synergies—connecting advanced visualization, informatics, and imaging platforms into a cohesive, value-driven experience.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and evolve the cloud strategy aligned with our Enterprise Imaging priorities, and global healthcare trends.
- Own the multi-solution roadmap across cloud-native and hybrid offerings—balancing innovation, cost efficiency, and time-to-market.
- Champion modular cloud journeys that enable phased transitions for large, aging installed bases—starting with foundational services like cloud storage and cloud-native data management.
Technical Product Ownership
- Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and interoperable cloud architectures.
- Partner with engineering to deliver standards-based solutions (FHIR, HL7, DICOM) that integrate seamlessly across imaging workflows and third-party ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST, and other global data protection frameworks.
Customer & Market Impact
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify whitespace, differentiation, and commercial levers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption, satisfaction, and measurable clinical and business outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs, usage analytics, and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact releases.
- Align product delivery with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, and commercial readiness.
- Serve as a trusted voice across the organization, connecting product strategy to business outcomes.
Cross-Ecosystem Synergy Activation
- Collaborate across GE HealthCare’s digital landscape to identify and activate cloud synergies between imaging platforms, advanced visualization, and informatics solutions.
- Drive integration strategies that amplify value through shared infrastructure, orchestration capabilities, and unified user experiences.
Cloud Cost & Risk Optimization
- Drive cloud cost optimization across the portfolio, leveraging FinOps principles and usage-based insights.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy, uptime, scalability, and vendor dependencies.
- Ensure robust governance and operational resilience across all cloud-enabled and hybrid offerings.
Education Qualification:
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in cloud technologies and healthcare.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-solution portfolios in regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), healthcare data standards, and enterprise imaging workflows.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and phased modernization strategies for legacy systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, and product analytics.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in enterprise imaging, radiology workflows, or clinical informatics.
- Familiarity with AI/ML in healthcare applications and intelligent orchestration.
- Experience with global healthcare markets and interoperability challenges.
