Our Property Acquisition Team has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Property Acquisition Manager to join our team based in Auckland.
This is a pivotal role where you will directly influence a range of internal subject matter experts including project managers, legal, planning and communications along with managing our external property consultants.

Working as part of a regionally dispersed team you will help deliver NZTA’s Property Acquisition Programme which ranges from $75m to $750m each year to support our transport system property programmes. This includes helping develop property strategies for future projects in conjunction with our LINZ Accredited Suppliers, including cost estimates and risk mitigation.
