About the Role 

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our communications strategy for our Personal Investor and Product teams. You’ll design and deliver end-to-end campaigns that connect with retail audiences, craft content that cuts through the noise and help Australians feel confident about their financial future. 

You’ll work closely with Marketing and business partners to bring ideas to life across multiple channels from media releases, social platforms, owned channels and internal communications. You’ll be passionate about spotting PR opportunities and turning insights into headlines. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and execute strategic communications campaigns that align with Vanguard’s vision. 

  • Create compelling content for media, social and internal channels. 

  • Manage consumer communication campaigns end-to-end, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable impact. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert advice and consistent messaging. 

  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine our approach. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in communications or journalism. 

  • Proven success in B2C campaigns, ideally in superannuation, financial services, or investing. 

  • A strategic thinker who thrives on creativity and collaboration. 

  • Exceptional writing skills and meticulous attention to detail. 

  • A strong media network and ability to turn research into PR moments. 

  • Experience across digital platforms and content creator campaigns.
