Role Profile:

 

The Rewards & MI Manager will manage, maintain and where required, evolve Unispace’s global approach to reward, compensation, and people programs, ensuring alignment with our global P&C strategy. You will be instrumental in the People & Culture team, and will shape frameworks that are equitable, data-informed, and designed to attract, retain, and engage talent across all regions. You’ll also guide the delivery of scalable systems, processes, and change initiatives that support a high-performing, people-first culture and deliver measurable business value.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Manage the global reward program strategy, ensuring it is aligned with business needs, grounded in data, and reflective of our values.
  • The annual reward cycle including the pay and bonus review in line with performance of the organization and individual.
  • Be a trusted partner to the Board with regard to setting budgets and benchmarking the population.
  • Aid on-boarding of candidates to ensure pay and benefits are communicated and are in line with market norms using a broadband approach
  • Ensure commission schemes are consistently applied and calculated accuarately
  • Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits design, job architecture, and pay equity across all geographies.
  • Maintain and develop governance frameworks for global policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to data privacy, security, and employment legislation.
  • Partner with regional P&CBPs and regional leadership to localize programs and drive successful implementation and adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Embed inclusion, fairness, and transparency into all reward-related practices.
  • Use data and analytics to track program performance, inform strategy, and deliver insights to senior leadership.
  • Audit people date and ensure all compensation is reconciled with Finance.
  • Oversee global mobility processes, including visa sponsorship and immigration compliance, partnering with legal counsel and HR teams to ensure consistent and lawful practices across regions.

  • Key global reward and people programs are delivered on time, within scope, and positively received across regions.
  • P&C systems and tools are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Compensation and benefits strategies contribute to talent attraction, retention, and engagement goals.
  • Policies and practices are compliant, equitable, and reflective of our culture and values.
  • Stakeholder feedback reflects trust, collaboration, and strong partnership.
  • Technology and analytics are used to drive informed, forward-looking decisions.
  • Change initiatives are successfully integrated into the P&C framework.
  • A global mindset and inclusive approach are consistently applied across all deliverables.

 

Your experience & skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Reward, HR Programs, or People Operations in a global or multi-region capacity.
  • A solid understanding in compensation strategy, benchmarking, pay equity, job evaluation, and benefits frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing global people programs that support growth, transformation, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, data analytics, and digital platforms that support P&C delivery (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Namely).
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional initiatives, ideally within professional services, design, construction, or related industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • High attention to confidentiality, legal compliance, and data protection.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into simple, scalable solutions.
  • Passionate about inclusion, equity, and building a culture where all people thrive.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
