What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our global reward and performance strategy, leading the design and delivery of short-term incentive programmes and performance management solutions that align with our business goals. From partnering with finance and HR teams to ensure incentive plans are motivating and sustainable, to managing the full annual performance cycle, you’ll bring structure, insight and innovation to everything you do. You’ll also play a key role in governance and reporting, ensuring our reward practices are fair, compliant and transparent. Your work will touch every part of the business, helping our people thrive and our organisation grow.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a trusted expert and a collaborative partner. You’ll need to bring a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking and people skills to influence and deliver across a global matrix.

  • Proven experience in reward management, incentive design or performance management within a medium to large global organisation
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Confident communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement, training and change management
