Job Description:

What’s the role

As Regional Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations across multiple regional warehouses and distribution centres. This role ensures timely inventory movement, cost efficiency, and adherence to service levels, while maintaining safe operations in both warehouse and transportation environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing daily logistics operations across assigned regional depots and warehouses
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment to ensure availability and rotation
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Planning, WH Supervisors) and 3PL partners for seamless execution
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators such as OTIF, transit times, and cost per shipment
  • Managing and resolving customer disputes and complaints in a timely manner
  • Handling vendor relationships and driving cost management initiatives
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in transportation and warehouse operations
  • Supporting logistics improvement initiatives and digital tool implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Participating in monthly reviews and contributing to forecasting and planning discussions

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in a regional role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or other logistics management systems
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
