To strengthen our Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain department at our Vienna location, we are looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis. As part of the management team in procurement, you will share responsibility for the organizational development of international procurement and supply chain activities within the AGRANA Group. Additionally, you will be responsible for project-based and strategic procurement activities for AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG in the Services area.
Your tasks:
- Project management for the establishment and integration of local and regional procurement organizations
- Leading and coordinating cross-departmental projects in procurement and supply chain
- Strategic responsibility for the Services category, focusing on IT and consulting for AGRANA Holding
- Responsibility for defining and introducing procurement KPIs
- Procurement controlling and preparation of presentation materials for executive management
- Participation and project management in cross-functional supply chain activities and ensuring collaboration between AGRANA’s business units
Your profile
- Completed higher education (e.g., a degree in Business Administration, Production, Logistics, Engineering) or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or Supply Chain consulting or similar experiences
- Proficient in MS Office and excellent knowledge of SAP
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style
- Solid Experience in project management and a high level of self-initiative
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with a “can-do attitude”
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% of working time
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
