Join the Swift Enhancement Squad, part of the High Value and International Payments Crew. We’re focused on delivering high value and international payment options that are faster, safer, more affordable and transparent, meeting the evolving needs of our customers through seamless digital experiences.

This squad builds critical capabilities using the Swift Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), delivering value across financial institutions, corporates and internal business units.

You’ll report to the General Manager, Crew Lead for High Value and International Payments.

 

Do work that matters
 

As Product Owner, you’ll lead the product vision and roadmap, shaping the future of Swift enhancements. You’ll guide the squad to deliver meaningful change, applying your domain expertise to prioritise work that drives real outcomes for customers and the business.

 

More specifically, you will;

• Lead discovery and inception to align product strategy with customer and business needs
• Translate business priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap
• Maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog to deliver outcomes at pace
• Validate customer problems through hypothesis testing and learning objectives
• Incorporate design thinking and analytics into product design decisions
• Manage risks and compliance across workstreams
• Guide the squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities
• Release prototypes and iterate based on feedback
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
• Resolve impediments, manage dependencies and escalate where needed
• Drive performance against key objectives and results

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar
• Strong delivery mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally within matrixed squads
• Comfortable working with onshore and offshore teams
• Self-driven, accountable and confident in navigating ambiguity
