About the Role:
We’re building a new Product Operations function to help our growing organization scale effectively — and we’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to be part of this exciting journey. As an early member of the Product Ops team, you will help define, implement, and optimize operational processes that empower our Product and Engineering teams to move faster, collaborate better, and deliver exceptional value to customers. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn how world-class product organizations operate and to help build the systems that make it all run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Process Design & Implementation
- Lead & Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to document, standardize, and improve product management/development workflows.
- Implement operational frameworks for roadmap planning, sprint cycles, release management, and product reviews.
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and scalability.
Data & Reporting
- Support the collection and organization of product metrics and performance data.
- Create dashboards and reports that improve visibility into product performance, project status, and operational KPIs.
- Tracking and communicating progress toward key product and business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a connector between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain communication channels, document decisions, and follow up on action items to keep teams aligned.
- Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and processes across the organization.
Tools & Systems Management
- Help manage and optimize core product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Confluence).
- Ensure data consistency and process adherence across tools and documentation platforms.
- Research and recommend new tools or automations to streamline operations.
Team Mentoring
- Mentor a small team of Associate Product Ops Managers & help them driving the Product Ops Initiatives
- Ensure active deliveries & help navigate the team setting priorities
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Product Operations, or process improvement.
- Understanding of Agile and product development concepts.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with productivity or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Confluence).
- A proactive mindset — eager to take ownership and learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience working in or with technology-driven organizations.
Soft Skills:
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams and functions.
- Curious, data-driven, and eager to experiment with new systems or workflows.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable in a startup or fast-growth environment.
