About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

A Truly Global Product

We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.

We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.

The Team

We are a distributed team of 120+ product professionals, including 35+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. Biweekly engineering forums give space to share learnings and celebrate technical achievements. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.

About the role

The main goal is to help the product team (PO, PM, GPM) build processes that are transparent, clear, and efficient. To take over routine or complex coordination tasks and ensure unified standards for planning, releases, analytics, research, and other key areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Team process management: Oversee team processes and handle tasks related to the creation and tracking of global and local roadmaps, issue escalation, and research activities (planning, prioritization, adherence to timelines). Support PO/PM during the discovery phase to ensure deadlines and estimates are met. Overall, take ownership of the team’s operational processes.
  • Process launch and change management: Set up and continuously improve internal workflows while supporting PO/PMs in planning, maintaining documentation, and tracking project statuses. Work closely with the GPM, PO, and VP of Product to analyze and optimize processes and implement necessary changes. Ensure backlog quality, train teams on best practices, configure tools for backlog management and requirements gathering, and develop materials such as guides and checklists for new initiatives.
  • Product metrics management: Collect and publish key product metrics from teams, including data on progress, risks, and delays. Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders, implement process metrics analysis, gather feedback from teams, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Transparency of communication and task tracking: Ensure visibility of communications and task statuses by managing dependencies across products and teams, escalating critical issues, and maintaining effective collaboration between PO, PM, designers, analysts, and developers. Support user interview organization, cross-team initiatives, and coordination with GTM teams.
  • Efficient process and resource management: Facilitate timely issue escalation, lead team meetings, participate in planning and resource allocation to ensure roadmap commitments are met, and help maintain operational alignment across all product teams.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in project management within product teams.
  • Team Collaboration: You are skilled at working with a variety of stakeholders and managing multiple parallel tasks effectively. You know how to design, implement, and scale processes within teams, monitor performance metrics, analyze issues, and propose improvements.
  • Analytical Background: You understand how to work with key product and development performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven solutions for process optimization.
  • Technical Background: You have a solid understanding of how software development works. Ideally, you have prior experience as a developer before transitioning into product or project management.
  • English Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with the English-speaking part of the team and ensure mutual understanding.
