40Summary:
Cook Children’s Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology, located in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist. The physician must be board certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of cardiac anesthesiology experience caring for neonates and older pediatric patients with congenital cardiac disease.
In 2024 the Heart Center at Cook Children's performed approximately 475 cardiothoracic surgeries and over 600 caths. We conduct 12,500 outpatient visits and perform 15,000 echos annually. Our Heart Center 3D Lab provides in-house printing and virtual planning for patients with complex congenital heart disease
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
• American Heart Association BLS and PALS.
• Unrestricted Texas Medical license.
• Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for anesthesiology.
• Board certified/Board Eligible in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology.
