Drive Toyota’s Commercial Vehicle Strategy – Become Our National Planning Coordinator!
As our National Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping Toyota’s national sales planning for commercial vehicles. You’ll support forecasting, inventory analysis, and strategic coordination to help deliver on our sales and profitability goals.
This is a 7-month Max-Term opportunity based at our CHQ office in Port Melbourne, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
How you’ll make an impact
Help drive Toyota’s commercial vehicle sales by supporting accurate forecasting, customer order analysis, and inventory planning.
Contribute to product lifecycle and sales strategy development that aligns with national objectives and enhances guest satisfaction.
Deliver insights through data analysis and reporting that support sound decision-making across the business.
Be the go-to contact for stakeholders—resolving queries, coordinating planning forums, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Monitor systems and processes to identify risks and opportunities, helping improve performance and compliance.

2+ years’ experience in data analysis, forecasting, and supply & demand planning
You thrive in data-driven environments and enjoy turning complex information into actionable insights.
