We are expanding our Engineering Maintenance Team and are seeking to fill several Millwright Maintenance Technician roles and a Red Seal Certified Electrician. The Millwrights are at varying levels of responsibilities based upon years of experience in both electrical maintenance and mechanical equipment maintenance. Our team members are responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas, which may involve working with and assisting engineers.
-Electrical Red Seal Certified will work a Day Shift M-F
-Red Seal Millwright certified will work a Day Shift M-F
-An apprentice Millwright will work 12-hour shifts, 2 weeks on days 4 days on /4 days off and then rotate to 4 nights on / 4 nights off. This schedule continues to rotate.
Duties may be related to the selection, installation, maintenance, repair and support of manufacturing equipment; technical support of one or more production/fabrication processes, product testing and troubleshooting; and/or technical analyses and problem-solving.
Carries out and/or assists in the development, improvement and optimization of standards, processes and procedures in the manufacturing environment, which may include cycle-time, yield, unit cost, quality, safety and compliance.
May assist in qualifying sources of raw materials, chemicals and other ingredients used in the manufacturing process.
May use layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals and rough sketches or drawings to set up, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and perform maintenance and repairs.
Works with engineers to develop, execute and track the testing and problem resolution of new and existing components, parts, products or processes/systems.
Compiles and maintains applicable documentation.
May design and/or build tools.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $31.92 - $55.86/hr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
