Member Marketing Manager (Enrollment)
About the role:
Vida’s Member Marketing team is looking for an Enrollment Marketing Manager to help us spread the word about Vida and drive registration. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of emails and the creation and sending of digital and print materials for prospective and current Vida members.
An ideal candidate will have experience with B2B2C strategic account marketing, interacting with clients, content development, direct mail, email marketing, and extraordinary attention to detail. They will understand the importance of leveraging best-in-class technology across channels to provide targeted and personalized communications. They will develop a deep understanding of the programs offered, including their nuances, and understand the implications of these nuances on the member communications.
Responsibilities:
● Support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS, and other content requirements
○ Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling, and deployment
○ Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement
○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance
○ Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers
● Be a positive contributor on a small and nimble team. Be willing to tackle new projects as they come up. We value collaboration and openness in communication, both within the team and with colleagues outside of our team, particularly across cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
Must have:
● Experience working with email marketing platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
● Experience interacting with clients about marketing strategy and managing client-specific asset approval and development
● Curiosity and drive to solve problems, improve processes, and provide solutions
● Passion for creating messaging that resonates with potential members looking to make health changes
● Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
● Creative and resourceful — able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and bring them to life
● Incredible attention to detail and execution-oriented team player who can effectively partner with other key stakeholders
● Passionate about digital health and/or changing the status quo of healthcare
● Basic HTML knowledge
