Role Summary
GE Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and driven Maternal Infant Care Sales Specialist to lead commercial strategy and execution across Central and West Texas and Southern New Mexico. This territory has a strong legacy of performance, with deep customer trust and a history of clinical and commercial success. From high-growth IDNs to community hospitals and regional birthing centers, this role offers the opportunity to shape outcomes for the most vulnerable patients—mothers and newborns—while driving strategic growth for GEHC’s MIC portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring clinical credibility, strategic agility, and a passion for maternal and neonatal care. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple care settings and stakeholder levels.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quota and growth targets across a diverse geography.

  • Engage with NICU and Labor & Delivery leaders, Neonatologists, OB/GYNs, Perinatal Directors, and C-level Biomed/IT stakeholders.

  • Drive competitive conversions and expand GEHC’s footprint in maternal and infant care technologies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Patient Monitoring PSS, Clinical Applications, Strategic Director, Enterprise Account Managers (ECS), and Service/Project Managers.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging clinical wins, strategic selling, and long-standing customer relationships.

  • Navigate complex buying processes and align GEHC solutions to evolving maternal and neonatal care priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably in women’s health, NICU, or patient monitoring.

  • Candidates with strong clinical or maternal-infant care experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with NICU and L&D workflows, maternal-fetal monitoring, and neonatal care environments.

  • Ability to engage confidently with clinical and technical stakeholders across multiple levels.

  • Demonstrated strategic selling capabilities, collaboration, and communication skills.
