Position Overview and Objective
Arctic Wolf is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology (MarTech) & Automation Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. This role bridges marketing, data, and technology — ensuring all systems work seamlessly to enable personalized, data-driven campaigns and deliver measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
The role will support the systems, processes, and analytics that power our marketing organization, and will help be the backbone of our demand generation and customer lifecycle programs — ensuring data integrity, campaign efficiency, and accurate reporting across the funnel.
This role will partner with the global marketing teams (customer, channel, field and regional marketing) to bring new technology and automation initiatives to life and optimize existing marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable marketing processes, optimizing technology stacks, and driving operational excellence across teams.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
· Support the marketing automation platform (Marketo) — manage integrations, workflows, data hygiene, and campaign execution.
· Support, maintain, and design and maintain lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to improve lead qualification and sales efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and email deliverability best practices.
· Stay current with emerging trends in automation, AI personalization, and MarTech innovations.
· Own and manage the MarTech stack, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, personalization, and attribution tools.
· Evaluate, implement, and optimize technology solutions that improve marketing efficiency and customer experience.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and processes.
· Provide technical support and training to marketing teams to ensure proper tool usage and adoption.
· Measure and report on technology performance, ROI, and campaign attribution.
· Stay ahead of MarTech trends, AI tools, and best practices to keep our stack modern and competitive.
· Ensure proper lead routing of all programs, and work with Marketing Operations to troubleshoot issues relating to lead and contact ownership and workflow.
· Develop and implement automated marketing strategies, which includes the creation of workflows that guide leads through the sales funnel.
· Collaborate with Field & Regional Marketing teams on best practices for workflow and optimization of event programs.
· Work closely with various teams, including Sales, IT, and content creation; ensure the alignment of marketing efforts and the smooth campaign execution

Key Competencies
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5-7 years’ experience using Marketing Automation, ideally Marketo. Experience with creation of assets, program templates, nurture, and automations. (Marketo certification required)
5+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing (experience working for cloud services/security technology company with mid-market focus a plus)
Strong written, copyediting and verbal communication skills
Environment and Physical Demands
Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.
Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.
In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.
May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g., office chair, reams of paper).
