The Opportunity:
As a CACI Maritime Operations Trainer (MOT) Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team aligned against 333 Project(s) consisting of 2-7 personnel on the AOPTS/AOPTS 2 Program supporting several training sites on the African continent and responsible for supporting Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa (MARFOREURAF) to plan and execute maritime training with partner forces on the continent of Africa. You will be expected to provide teaching, coaching and mentorship to other members of 333 Project(s). This includes but not limited to reviewing and ensuring delivery of full spectrum maritime training support to partner forces through current and customized maritime training, lectures, and exercises. You will provide oversight and guidance while ensuring topics are presented in accordance with approved MARFOREURAF curricula and programs of instruction (POIs), and upon training completion, ensure all written recommendations and an After Actions Review (AAR) are submitted to MARFOREURAF for proof that all program execution outcomes are met. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving timecards, 5W travel authorization requests (TARs), expense reports, and any other administrative responsibilities apportioned to our level of responsibility as a manager.

Responsibilities:

As a MOT Team Leader, and you will be one of the subordinate leaders under the Functional Group Lead (FGL). You will be responsible for the management and development of the employees on your team. You will assist in talent recruitment, selection, and management. You will be responsible for ensuring your team embraces the core tenants of CACI and MOS Division culture. You will assist the FGL and government in develop relationships with Partner Force, US Embassy(s) (USEMB), and Africa Command (AFRICOM).

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of two (2) years in client-facing position with CACI with a minimum of 10 years military service as an NCO/Officer in a Special Operations unit with additional experience and subject matter expertise in maritime operations, or minimum five (5) years in client-facing position with CACI with a minimum of five (5) years military service as an NCO/Officer in Special Operations unit with additional experience and subject matter expertise in maritime operations.
- Prior experience working with Partner Nations through the execution of Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET).
- Direct experience and supervision over the development of maritime Programs of Instruction and maritime curriculum development for Partner Nations.
- Active SECRET clearance
Desired:
-Previously demonstrated leadership experience.
- Administrative management experience (corporate and contract).
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate policies and processes
- PMP (or in the process of obtaining)
- BA/BS (or in the process of obtaining)
- Prior experience working on the African continent, at AFRICOM, or at one of its service components
- French Speaker

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
