The Manager, Player Relations and Administration - PGA TOUR Champions serves as a key liaison between PGA TOUR Champions players, agents, caddies, and internal departments. This role ensures seamless communication, supports tournament operations, and manages player-related logistics and administrative functions. The manager plays a critical role in maintaining positive relationships, upholding TOUR standards, and enhancing the player experience across all Champions events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum five years’ relevant experience required. Strong understanding of TOUR structure and business model with prior experience in Marketing, Competitions, or other player-focused department preferred.

  • Proficient writing, presentation abilities and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced level knowledge of golf and golf tournaments preferred

  • Must maintain high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive player information and have ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a professional manner

  • Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a point of contact for PGA TOUR Champions players, agents, and caddies.

  • Manage PGA TOUR Champions full-field eligibility, special exemptions, and major championship entries.

  • Communicate logistics and scheduling details to players, agents, and caddies.

  • Serve as a contact for player, agent, and caddie inquiries; respond to calls and emails with professionalism and discretion.

  • Maintain and update player information in the PGA TOUR Central database.

  • Oversee administration of event qualifiers for PGA TOUR Champions tournaments.

  • Coordinate team and player logistics for the World Champions Cup.

  • Manage the Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year election processes.

  • Administer PAC and Player Director elections, including ballot preparation and communication.

  • Organize PAC and Player meeting logistics, including materials and scheduling.

  • Track player participation in draw parties and sponsor-related activities.

  • Develop and manage player and caddie tournament surveys, compile feedback for analysis.

  • Collaborate with Rules Officials to fulfill tournament requests and prepare scorecards.

  • Pack and ship weekly Rules Advance Boxes to tournament sites.

  • Support the credentialing process for PGA TOUR Champions events.

  • Provide assistance to the Player Relations team as needed.

  • Travel to domestic and international PGA TOUR Champions events, as assigned.

  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.
