Manager I, B2B Sales SupportJob Description
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operational performance of multiple B2B Sales Projects at Concentrix, implementing personnel activation measures to improve performance, building information flow, seamless collaboration between roles, environment maintenance and administration support, supplier and vendor coordination, and compliance. Your goal is to ensure the achievement of service levels and resource optimization in real time.Key Responsibilities
• Understand service levels and agent performance on B2B sites
• Understand staffing, activity data, and KPIs
• Verify, document, and improve seamless collaboration between roles to achieve SLA targets
• Respond to client center visits and audits (security, operational status, BCP, etc.)
• Process employee requests and work with relevant departments (IT, HR, other departments) and managers to improve business processes and the work environment.
• Building strong relationships with site stakeholders
Required Skills
Experience and Knowledge:
• At least 1 year of workforce management experience (management experience required)
• At least 3 years of sales or market development experience and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, SalesForce)
• Understanding of call center metrics and their financial impact
• Knowledge of WFM platforms (e.g., IEX, Avaya, InContact)
Skills:
• Proficient in Office tools, including MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills
Leadership and Strategy:
• Leadership skills that unlock the potential of high performers and drive performance improvement
• Experience and confidence in driving strategic discussions on industry drivers and workloads
Other Skills:
• English proficiency sufficient to handle international departments and client visits
• Ability to collaborate in diverse teams and enjoy a dynamic environment
• Ability to acquire general knowledge of the IT industry and specific systems, processes, and products
