Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Learning & Development Senior Associate (m/f/d). What if it was you?  

  

Your mission: the L&D Senior Associate supports the design, coordination, and implementation of learning and leadership development solutions that align with the organization’s goals. This role helps ensure PwC professionals are equipped with the necessary skills, mindset, and behaviors to drive business success and foster a high-performance culture. 

The role focuses on partnering with Internal Firm Services and supporting the leadership development needs of our Associate/Senior Associate populations across the firm. 

Be a part of our team where you will:   

Leadership Development 

  • Support the implementation of leadership development initiatives for Associates and Senior Associates;
  • Coordinate the delivery of learning solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
  • Assist in scaling learning solutions across various levels and lines of service;
  • Contribute to the alignment of leadership development activities with business needs and company culture;
  • Apply industry best practices and innovative methodologies to enhance learning experiences;
  • Collect and report feedback to assess the impact of learning experiences;
  • Liaise with external vendors and consultants as needed to support program delivery. 

 

Address Business Needs with L&D Solutions 

  • Collaborate with business partners and HR colleagues to understand learning and development needs;
  • Work with Talent Management, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Human Capital teams to support the integration of learning and leadership initiatives into broader talent strategies;
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders to support the adoption of learning solutions. 

 

Learning Experiences Design & Facilitation 

  • Contribute to the creation and curation of content, materials, and resources for learning solutions;
  • Support the execution of inclusive and engaging learning experiences with clear outcomes;
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training events and workshops (in-person, remote, hybrid);
  • Utilize blended learning approaches, including e-learning, virtual learning, and experiential training. 

Impact Measurement 

  • Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess learning effectiveness;
  • Gather and report feedback, assessments, and participation data;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes by sharing insights and suggestions;
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to constantly simplify and enhance the L&D processes. 

 

Let’s talk about you. If you… 

  • Hold a degree with a relevant specialization (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or a related field);
  • Have significant experience in Learning & Development within a fast-paced environment;
  • Possess strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning technologies, and digital/e-learning tools;
  • Have experience supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs and learning content;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across HR and business functions;
  • Bring a growth mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and development;
  • Can translate learning needs into actionable, measurable initiatives;
  • Work autonomously, showing initiative and a strong drive to deliver results.
