We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Long Term Intern for our People & Culture team to focus specifically on Employer Branding projects and activities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a university student to gain hands-on experience in human resources, talent acquisition and management as well as organizational transformation. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition leader of Eurasia, contributing to strategic initiatives that shape our employer brand and enhance our talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Eurasia and International Employer Branding teams to develop and execute employer branding campaigns that attract top talent and strengthen our market position
Contribute to content creation for career pages, LinkedIn and other platforms showcasing company culture and employee stories.
Assist in the planning and execution of career fairs, university partnerships, and employer branding events.
Help design and distribute internal and external communications related to employer branding initiatives.
Support the effective execution of the LEAP Long-Term Internship Program and other Early Career initiatives at local and regional levels.
Participate in ongoing P&C projects and contribute creative ideas for improvement.
Support the P&C transformation journey by developing communication templates, generating innovative ideas, and contributing to change management activities
Monitor and follow up on employee job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards
Execute translations of P&C materials and documentation to support our diverse, multinational workforce
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional presentation and communication skills
Previous internship in Human Resources or recruitment is a plus
Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and early career development
Demonstrated collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and contributing to organizational excellence
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Availability of a minimum of 3 days per week (for an 11-months period)
